Are you an expert in product automation? Our client is currently looking for a project manager (fmx) for product automation development for their HQ in Aachen.

This could be your daily work:

• You are responsible for projects in the field of automation and manage topics such as product development of software and hardware
• In the course of complex product developments, you will be responsible for partial and full projects of different sizes
• Your focus is on automation projects in which you are in close contact with product owners and other process participants
• You lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams in your projects with the aim of mastering every challenge and minimizing project risks
• You define work packages and goals and ensure their efficient implementation
• This entails that you carry out systematic project adjustments and ensure timely escalation in the event of challenges arising
• You will select key customers during the beta phase of the product development process to ensure successful product validation

Your profile:

• A degree in electrical engineering, automation or automation technology, alternatively a degree in a related engineering or scientific field, ideally with several years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry
• Relevant experience with the circumstances and management of software and hardware projects in the field of automation
• In-depth knowledge of project management and experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary project teams
• Confident command of the English language, both written and spoken
• You are also able to combine your knowledge of problem-solving methods and risk analysis with cross-departmental systems thinking and the ability to abstract and analyze
