Do you like to take responsibility? Our client is currently looking for a Branch Manager (fn) at their location in Donauwörth.

This is what your daily work could look like:

• Building and motivating a growing, multinational and multilingual team Team leadership and task distribution within the team.
• Maintaining a safe working environment for the team
• Monitoring individual performance and development of professional skills
• Ensuring effective and professional communication
• Proposing areas for further business development in line with the strategic direction for the region
• Project management and team accountability
• Ensure financial management of projects under your responsibility
• Meeting deadlines, quality requirements, budgets and managing project risks
• Maintaining internal and external communication to monitor and control the progress of the project
• Responsibility for strengthening the team and ideas for further business development in line with the strategic direction for the region

Your profile:

• A willingness to integrate into a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, as well as to accept challenges
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead meetings, understand clients‘ expectations
• Several years of experience in project management and team management
• Leadership skills in the context of large industrial projects and multinational teams to build solid relationships with team members and clients, reassure and deal with professional situations (monitoring requirements, compliance with contracts, etc.)
• Solid technical expertise in ILS and/or RAMS engineering, ensuring technical understanding of project requirements.
• Working and making decisions under pressure, dealing professionally with deadlines and budgets
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, good knowledge of German is an advantage
